Inspired from "IF you watch this movie/tvshow backwards it's about...." but it instead involves games.

so for TGL it would be  "If you play The Guardian Legend backwards it's about a Miria unlocking corridors so the lifeforms below them could come out and colonise the planet's barren surface, leaving when all 10 corridors have been opened and life once again thrive everywhere on Naju"

Oooh, this takes a bit of work! let's see...
Metroid would about Samus founding the Zebesian civilization starting with the Mother Brain to run it, and creating a large metroid breeding ground. She also leaves tributes to the Chozo statues in the form of spherical artifacts.
Evil must be exterminated, but first it must be found.

In TGL she would seal the corridors. That is unexplainable  ::)

optomon

She would fly toward an explosion and land on a planet.

LOL
This is difficult.
Super Mario would involve a plumber getting away from a blonde princess in all the ways possible going over bottomless pits and lava. She must have a good temper!

Legend of Zelda (the original) is about a young boy imprisoning an evil princess :o and freeing a mighty pig demon of sorts (Ganon is one ungainly villian). He then sets to work sealing away the shards of the triangular key, and completes his quest by returning to an old man to give him a wooden sword.
For being just a theory, gravity sure brings me down.
