As you might have noticed, I'm not doing much today. Yes I am late and yes, I should be crunching heavily but NOOOO some programs decided to somehow screw up my computer in a BIG way and I had to reinstall a few things (not 1 program but a few). Thanks to the increasing trend of "web installers" I wasted like ... I don't know, about 5 hours. Till to now. I hope I'll get it to work again soon... :(

Overeducated and unemployed, I haven't done much since 2008 when I completed my BA, other than work on nintendo games that never get completed, hold minimum wage jobs for less than 2 months at a time, bomb job interviews, move into my mom's basement, lose all my money to medical debt, and get depressed. I recently enrolled back into school with the hope of getting a connection for job experience and learn new skills. Talking about what I do to anyone is not fun at all, and I often withdraw from people completely.

Very recommend books by Alexander Lowen
I read "Depression and Body"(1977), nice, now I read over than half of book "Joy"(1995) very intresting and explanatory.
I very recommend those book for anyone who has problems with depressions or depressive state. Because you will get more understanding of what need to be done to heal yourself from it and wont be fooled by many psychologists who really will only stimulate you and cheer up but not really help you heal yourself from it.

I'm very sorry of reading that from you. I am very close to the same situation. In particular today I am wrapping my head as this week I've failed what appeared to be the most promising work interview in a while. I didn't took this easy and I had a row yesterday with some friends regarding that and what they think it's best for me. I am not sure they understand what happened.

I'm working on getting into Job Corps: a government funded (school, financial aid for college, learning to live outside of your own home.) program. My comic Jumpy & Climby is going along smoothly, I'm working on episode 47 after 4 years (that's 40 frames times 47 pages which equals 1880 frames including title screen, episode title, and to be continued), and don't get me started on my main villain's spin-off series "The Light Within" where he meets a girl who looks exactly like the girl he loves and finds out about the organization THIEF (HINT: I added :optomon: as the leader of THIEF (NOTE: only 1 appearance has been made so far)).

Very nice model for me. I will be able to work and play games. If I travel somewhere I can take with me and keep work. That's the best use of it.

You know I'm always wanted to create a game in the genre of RPG. But there is no time the project has withered. I watched the game developers magazine Gears of War 2 there are offering their ideas and by the head of the project has already decided is a good idea or not. So this is what I let you do it or vote decide how and what to add to the game. I think if everyone would join in that at least some part that will remake it to have any success with us.

"alpha" has very specific meaning in software development, means "feature complete". It means you're hopefully not going to crack your head open at adding new things.

I'm sort of in a limbo, I've taken a week off my project... this week I will call the company again, this is taking longer than expected. This sucks.
On the pro side, bought myself some good electronic drug at the humble indie bundle last week... you do the math.

Sometimes they are also cheap. In the sense they suck. But still a good bang for the buck.

- moving to a new apartment (hopefully)

- my artworks, mostly remaking/colorizing old pics (sty tuned for my mindblowing Parasite Eve fanart, LOL)
- I'm also dying to resume my writing, but can't do that yet due to the things listed above

Ok, looks like I've finally had some success in getting a decent job. I mean, one that gives me money each month for the next few months.

He fixed the hand, but I still think it's a bit too small. It's like a size of real hand but not the glove. Or a very thin glovem which not balance with the very armored suit.
Also that wing sticks look very fragile.
Think of it like Samus's own armour, he still needs the free hand to interact with other things :P
And wingblades are structually weak themselves anyway.

It's incredible what can change in just a couple of years. I had a BA in a field I hated, and wanted to evolve closer to software development. After returning to school for a year, I received a CIS certificate, which helped me land a part time job for six months at the college, and later a job as a software QA. I have been at that job for over a year now, and have been doing very well there. I have also been married to a wonderful woman in this time frame, and I am several months from finishing what is undoubtedly going to be my most ambitious work... Pyron. My life has become immensely stable and exciting, all thanks to a turnaround I've started around the time this post was made.
