Is it time worthy to use granade on blue optomon or it's just for fun?

I did on purpose, since the weapon is at level 2, and it's the only weapon which deals quite lots of damages.
I know there are other weapons which are at level 2, too, but they're quite uncomfortable to use.
Also my attack is weak so I can't either use the twin saber in this case. I only use it when I play the normal mode.

I use repeller as it is more safe. It's probably longer but I am not a runner.
