So I decided to go ahead and test the score idea myself..
every million after two does increase your life.. so ive got..
Lv1 000,000,000
Lv2 30,000
Lv3 100,000
Lv4 500,000
Lv5 1,000,000
Lv6 2,000,000
Lv7 3,000,000
Lv8 4,000,000
is that scores that increases your lifebar?

yep, it sure is
You can use some cheat to check if this has limit later. I remember I had around 33 life in the end playing the full game. Some less on TGL mode.
