Part 1: The Anomaly
I had to split this in two to keep the acceptable file size without shrinking it so much it was unreadable. Thanks to RubyC42 for correcting my spelling of "Anomaly". Now I only look slightly stupid. :-[

Am I the only one who sees broken images? And when I'm clicking 'View Image' in FF/Chrome, I get an error message saying that I don't have permissions to view them :( I don't get it...
I don't see anything at all. But don'w worry. I will add it to the gallery to separate section sometime soon!
Okay, I fixed the problem. For some reason, when I pasted the images in Firefox, they were only visible in the Firefox browser. I just redid them in Google Chrome and now they seem to work no matter what browser you use. I don't get at either, but at least it's fixed.
Oooooooooooooo... chasing meteors

Once again - that's really cool!
I have to push myself to create a comic section for this from the front page... Ugh...
Like!

that looks painful D: especially the first panel with miria's hair flying everywhere made it look like her head blew >>
I think my favorite part was the "KHKT" radio sound effect for the noise distortion between transmissions.
Hah, that might sound silly, so I assure you I don't mean it as an insult. I really got a kick out of it when reading that. They're still great. Keep 'em comin'!
No offense taken whatsoever, and I'm glad you enjoy it. The "khkt" sound isn't supposed to show that she's transmitting so much as that the massive shock she received has damaged her voice synthesizer, causing bursts of static when she speaks. Notice she wasn't talking that way be for the shock. Poor Miria's hurt pretty bad... :'(
On a brighter note, the next page may be done a little earlier than usual. Most of my finals work will be done by the beginning of next week, freeing my schedule up somewhat. :redlander:
Ahh, my mistake. That seems clear now after rereading it. I look forward to the next batch. :)
Now... Whos gonna help me to create a gallery for this. :'(
Pt. 6: It's time for backstory! :)

The yellow hair dude is so unisex. I thought it was a woman that looks like man at first XD
Miria has a little too small chin on the pic of "birth".
Also why her cloths are pink, not red?
What are this alien invasion? It is not connected with Naju but some other civilisation?
Those aren't her clothes, that's her artificial skin. Look closely, it's peeled back at the joints and stuff. She's not finished in this picture. The Guardic thing is a reference to the first game that The Guardian Legend is (allegedly) a sequel of. The two games honestly weren't that closely related but I figured I'd work it into the backstory. Look up either game on wikipedia (the other game is just called "Guardic"). Yeah, the blond doctor isn't that manly. He does have a beard, but it doesn't show up well at a distance. XD
i thought the blond doctor looked like that guy from Mythbusters, except with more hair and less hat XD
I think that you should change some words in the comic.
For example "THEN:" on page six. I think you meant "before" or something like that. Maybe replace it like "10 years ago"?
I think there might be other mistakes in the text too.
on Page 2:
did you really meant "intruments"? maybe "connection" would be better or "signal"
Alright, I've made some minor edits. I've been pretty busy but I'll try to get the next strip out by the end of the week.
Hi! Contrary to popular belief, I'm still alive, just really busy right now. The comic's still going though.

Okay, one more flashback page after this and then we'll get back to Naju and blowing up aliens. To be honest, I'm not really sure about these flashback pages. It's an attempt to flesh out the story a bit. I'm not sure if it's working or just making a mess of things, but I worked darn hard on these pictures so I feel like I should finish and post 'em, at least for completion's sake. Soon we'll be back in more familiar territory, I promise.
Welcome back buddy :D, also LOL @ Daffy Duck
As for the stody ideas:
> if the flashbacks explains farther the personality/traits of Miria and the struggles she had gone through before the whole TGL thing, or if it brings the whole story a bit more context, then why not.
Although it should be a bit more sporadic/less frequent depending on which side of the story development you want to focus on. As in, if you just want to do the TGL side of the story, then these flashbacks should be rare, but if you want to develop more about Miria the character, then the flashbacks may play important roles.
But that's just me.
I'll pass on comments. My view is not very general. For example I see most Hollywood movies as dull, while others find them great(for example Avatar, Dark Knight, Avengers, Inception etc.)
I think these backstory frames are excellent. But yeah, I'm looking forward to some familiarity with content from the game. So if your timeline has one more set before we return to Naju, that sounds great by me.

Now I have to set up a link to the comic gallery from the main page. Lazy me XD

This semester has been pretty hectic. Between my girlfriend and Finals, it's gonna be even more packed during the next couple of weeks. But I'm gonna try to finish another comic during Christmas break, before I get back to the daily grind :P
Next time: "If someone is reading this..."
Oh no! What happened to the pics? :skull:
I dunno. But I gotta update the comic gallery.
http://theguardianlegend.com/comic/
Whelp, comic 10 is finished, but including the pictures as attachments doesn't seem to be working for some reason. >:( On the upside, I've emailed it to arseniy, so he should be adding it to the gallery soon. Does anyone know why the attachment feature isn't working? I don't think it's because of the file size. I'm using the same method that I've always used before (add the pic as an attachment, then copy and past the its URL to the IMG option on the post), but it's not working now.
Let's try this again:

Comic 10 is up and Comic 9 is back, Baby! 8)
Also, are you having trouble with a foreign, or even alien language? Don't study, stress, or look for a Rosetta Stone! Order the Algorithmic Translator (TM) for just ten easy payments of $19.99! It works because it's filled with science!
Odd as it is to say, aside from a robot with feelings, this comic has actually been fairly hard sci-fi. No faster than light travel, no sound in space, etc. But with this gadget, we're diving into the "science as magic" realm. It probably won't be the last time.
That's pretty cool. And I really like that it's written wit alien language.

:redlander:
Hey, any news on the comic?
I've just re-read it again and it came to my mind there's plenty of potential for expansion. The somewhat conflicting relation between Miria and the doctor, the dead creator and his lost love. Scientists somehow against this, but with a military faction than is more human than usual, machine introspection.
I hope this will carry on!
The comic is still going, slowly but surely. I've got a lot of stuff going on, but I'm still drawing panels when I get the chance. I intend to see it through to the end.
