However that is not good to not even know what's the problem so you at least know what not to do with a new channel
Well I guess that account was hacked by someone who live in Singapore, meanwhile I live in Vietnam. Also I guess that person used the comments generator to comment spam with the twitter link, just like this one :

Since then I had been so worried about that, and then a week later YouTube terminated my channel and said that my account had been terminated due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube's policy against spam, deceptive practices, and misleading content or other Term of Service violations.
What should I do to prevent my account from being hacked like that?
