Second attempt to make sushi rolls was succesfull.
So you can trust me that to make sushi is possible almost to everyone. Just find recipes and watch tutorials how to roll the rolls.

I m not regular cooking. I cook maybe 2 times a month only.

I did sushi again. With fish. With just vegies or + cheese

the rice was too moist and the ingredients were ... more like emergency solutions

Then he needs read how to cook rice for sushi so it's not too moist and enough sticky.

OMG!!    
I now know exactly how horrible sushi with moist rice!
There was cooked rice left after stuffed peppers and I used it for make some sushi...
I had 2.5 sheets of nori left so it's 5 rolls....

U right it sucks
