Thanks for the response guys. Yeah we have a hole little sub culture of retro gaming going on in these parts  . It's never been better to be a (retro)gamer. And TGL is a cult favourite and it was a game I got as a present from my granma (she thought the box art looked cool, she's an old sci-fi feminist) so there is a LOT of good memories attached to the game. And it's one of those games that still holds up to this day. I take it for a spin at least once a year and it doesn't get old. 

Hey guys an gals. I've recently bought a GameGenie and are currently messing around with it, having some fun you know? I was wondering are there US and EU codes or is it the same? The reason I ask is because of TGL(tadaaa!!!) I'm from Denmark and therefore I have a PAL NES and a PAL version of Guardian Legend(with much better box art than the US version I may ad ) When I try using GG with the codes I can drum up online it doesn't work but if I try them on a emulator and a US version rom of TGL they work just fine. Do any of you know where to find codes for the PAL version of GameGenie and nes games in general and TGL in particularly?

Yeah Optomon has my vote cause he was a douche and hard as hell but Craw Daddy taught me and my sis the lesson of always being well prepared before entering a "dungeon". Actually my sis would walk the labyrinth and I would take the shoot'em up stages. For Craw Daddy I always needed all the power ups cause then I could just stand still and shoot his ass off...easy pickings

I'm bit of a retro gamer but TGL is actually one of the games I originally owned as a kid. It took me nearly 10 years to beat it and when i finally did it it was soooo sweet.I was actually just looking up some info about power strike and how it fitted in with TGL chronologically when I stumbled upon this site. I thought what the hell and signed up course I love TGL and not that many people even knows its existence so...there you are but honestly I don't have a clue what this site and community is about aside from being about TGL of course
