What the problem? Record with CamStudio with Camstudio Loseless codec. It's fast and clean. I record using it. My computer is not too fast so whole bounch of different other programs with lag on my computer.

LOL you just gave me idea of section we probably need on front page - FAQ, there can be such things like how to record video from screen.
