I don't think the stretched screen is a good idea. I think it's better to add something on sides or keep the proportions.
Also why the sound has like floating stereo effect?

I used Sony Vegas Pro to make something special, I want to make the stereo audio for better experience.

Hm. Seems like a light tight phaser effect or maybe some speaker rotation effect(maybe binarual rotation). Why do you even need that? I don't think this is good idea

Nope, I only think about how to make a 3d 8-bit audio like nenriki86 did, other ones I don't even care.

Oh. That's what you mean by 3d. Just noticed that it depends on the ship position. I guess that is much harder trick. So you should read coordinates somehow and then use some binaural panner linked to that.
But really. It wont add much to the video. Tho might be cool to play a game with that.
