Following the previous post here is Astrolancer game full playthrough/walkthrough on Normal difficulty. With commentary, with good voice audibility.

The game has nice 8-bit stylization. The music is good. As does The Guardian Legend this game has nice variety of interesting sub-weapons. The game progress is linear. The gameplay is shifted a bit more towards bullet hells. You’ll find a lot of referencing from The Guardian Legend in this game.

Astrolancer released

Astrolancer – game highly inspired by The Guardian Legend. It’s been released on Steam.

The game takes a lot from the original. It shifted a bit towards bullet hells. The game progress is linear, level by level. There is nice variety of cool subweapons.

The indie game inspired by The Guardian Legend now has the page on Steam:

It is not a metroidvania. It has linear progression between levels. Means you walk through a level, reach SHMUP level and then a next walking level. The game has difficulty levels(I guess easy, normal, hard).
